Reviews, photos, and comments posted by users remain their property, but you grant ReviewMunch a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and moderate content.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Fake reviews or incentivized feedback
- Impersonating another user or business
- Automated scraping or data mining
- Harassment, hate speech, or threats
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
ReviewMunch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
